Kingdom of Tonga Dracon Bringing Expandable Homes Our Proud First in Tonga.

Updated: May 13

Production Update 13 May 2025.

Dracon International is proud to announce the launch of its first modular housing project in the Kingdom of Tonga, marking a significant milestone in the South Pacific region. Currently in production, these two 20-foot expandable homes are being manufactured in our trusted factory in Jilin, China—engineered specifically for coastal durability and island living.

Each unit features a galvanized steel frame resistant to rust and corrosion, with 65mm EPS insulated wall and roof panels providing both fire safety and thermal comfort. The homes come equipped with black-framed double-glazed windows, L-shaped kitchens with stone benchtops, and fully integrated 240V electrical systems. Bathrooms are ventilated with windows and exhaust fans, designed for both functionality and comfort.

Approved by the client in April 2025, these homes will be shipped fully packed and ready for plug-and-play installation at their final location in Tonga. From foundation drawings to plumbing schematics, every detail has been signed off and factory-audited for compliance and quality.

This project not only reflects Dracon’s ongoing expansion into new markets, but also our commitment to efficient, high-quality, and affordable modular housing solutions across the Pacific.

The most recent update, we hope to inspect these houses on the 23 May, very excitted. TimikaraFr
