KN95 masks ‘every farmer and his dog’ producing masks how do I know its genuine?

So World is receiving fake masks, who bought them? And how did you do your due diligence, I understand the deadly urgency! But who bought them? How did you pay? Which certificate of compliance did you check? I mean this is China (no disrespect to all people). Economy is not paying right now.
Chinese responds fast from international media pressure inside 24 hours new policies are issued to 1. The Material supply chain (control) and 2. China customs if the exporter does not have the new paper slip? the goods returned to warehouse. They don’t move. Regardless if genuine or crappy masks, they don’t go.
Yesterday I issued orders to my staff to inspect 2 suppliers short listed from 12 and I want to see video selfies. Why?
I have seen CE certs, FDA certs and test report.

rder is I want to see proof of recent (10 days) export with the new policy? Today I will have that information. Lastly price and business terms.
