Welcome David Tiraha to Dracon NZ our South Pacific BDM: China source construction: "Having created a strong foundation within the NZ Police, David has built up 20+ years Management Level experience in all facets of the Security Industry. He has relevant duration throughout the Middle East and more recently in the South Pacific. During his 10 years based in PNG, he has cultivated a vast network across the Construction, Banking, Aviation and Telecommunications sectors.
