1. Have clear specs and plans of your request, this will save you a lot of time and angst.

3. Don’t believe everything you hear, request proof

4. Check all compliance code of standards

5. Practice patience and tolerance, there will be many messages that do not answer your questions directly. I treat all my suppliers like potential business partners.
